Global Expansion Head

Role Overview
Lead the international expansion of the brand across key markets like the US, UK, and the Middle East. You'll own the end-to-end strategy for entering, scaling, and optimising performance across global e-commerce channels — primarily TikTok Shop, Amazon, and D2C.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global market entry strategies for TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Oversee international pricing, logistics, compliance, and localization strategy.
- Partner with creators and agencies abroad to scale influencer-driven performance campaigns on TikTok.
- Build and manage international storefronts (Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and TikTok Shop backend).
- Lead cross-border supply chain operations in collaboration with logistics and finance teams.
- Optimise CAC:LTV ratios and ROAS for each market using data-driven insights.
- Identify partnerships with local distributors and retail chains for offline pilots.
- Track and report key metrics (GMV, contribution margin, retention, repeat rate, and ad efficiency).
- Hire and manage a small global operations team.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in D2C or marketplace operations, with proven results in global expansion.
- Hands-on experience managing
TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central
. - Strong understanding of logistics, compliance (FDA/FSSAI equivalents), and customs.
- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with marketing, ops, and finance.
- Data fluency — strong command of performance dashboards, attribution tools, and P&L analysis.
- Prior experience scaling a
nutrition, beauty, or FMCG
brand internationally is a strong plus.
