About the Role

We're seeking a skilled AI visual creator who can generate realistic, on-brand images and videos using advanced AI tools. The ideal candidate combines strong artistic instincts with hands-on technical fluency — capable of producing photo-realistic visuals, cinematic AI videos, and brand-aligned infographics across multiple aspect ratios and formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate AI-driven images (people, environments, event scenes, infographics, data visuals) with realistic lighting, perspective, and color harmony.
  • Create AI-generated videos that feel natural, cinematic, and aligned with our brand's tone.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets — from lighting and palette to composition and typography integration.
  • Collaborate with creative direction teams to interpret briefs into prompt-based visual executions.
  • Edit, refine, and color-grade images and clips using professional tools to reach production-level quality.
  • Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows to enhance output quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year of professional experience in photo editing and brand-aligned visual editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Figma, etc.).

  • Proven experience with AI image generation platforms such as: Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, , KREA, Ideogram, Magnific, or similar.

  • Proven experience with AI video generation tools such as: Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Synthesia, LTX Studio, HeyGen, Sora, or similar.

  • Strong grasp of visual direction, composition, and lighting principles.

  • Skilled in photo and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, etc.).
  • Ability to generate visuals in multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9, 3:2, etc.) while maintaining aesthetic balance.
  • Portfolio showcasing AI-generated imagery and videos with commercial or brand-ready realism.

Bonus Skills

  • Motion design or animation experience.
  • Graphic design and typography knowledge.
  • Experience building infographics and campaign visuals that communicate data or process flows visually.
  • Understanding of color theory and brand identity systems.

Ideal Candidate

You're a creative technologist — fluent in prompts, lighting, and layout. You know how to make AI look real, not artificial. You understand how brand visuals must feel cohesive, not random. You move confidently between tools, balancing artistic direction with technical precision to deliver assets that are ready for campaigns, landing pages, or video marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
