Key Responsibilities:

- LLM Design & Fine-Tuning:
Design, fine-tune, and implement LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or T5 for features like personalized learning, content generation, and NLP.
- Generative AI Applications:
Leverage GenAI to create adaptive learning paths, automated resume/job description generators, and intelligent writing assistants.
- Data Science & Modeling:
Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and optimize user experiences.
- Machine Learning Systems:
Build and scale recommendation and matching systems to connect users with relevant skills and opportunities.
- OpenAI Integration:
Utilize OpenAI services for enhanced platform capabilities and token optimization.
- End-to-End AI Integration:
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML features seamlessly into Elefy's ecosystem.
- Data Engineering:
Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape data-driven product strategies.
- Data Visualization:
Build dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to make insights accessible.
- Documentation:
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of models, pipelines, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Minimum 3 years working on Generative AI or LLM-based projects.
- Demonstrated success in deploying ML models in production.

Technical Skills:

- Expert in Python, R, and SQL.
- Proficient with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms - Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Prompt engineering and familiarity with techniques like Few-Shot Learning, Dynamic Prompting, Chain of Thought, or Role Play prompting.
- Comfortable with MongoDB and other modern database systems.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and API-based deployments.

Domain Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer-based architectures, and large-scale data processing.
- Exposure to ethical AI frameworks, explainability, or EdTech/skill-based learning platforms is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Publications or patents in the AI/ML or NLP domain.
- Experience with MLOps or AI product lifecycle management.
- Passion for education, upskilling, or social impact through technology. AI & LLMs

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
