Whiz IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Generative AI capabilities and seeking skilled Generative AI Developers to join our AI Innovation team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications that deliver real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex Generative AI solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end architecture, implementation, and deployment of AI applications.
  • Manage and mentor small teams of AI developers.
  • Translate high-level business and customer requirements into technical designs.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven systems.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade Generative AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI frameworks/tools.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical discussions.
  • Good grasp of data engineering principles (a strong plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in enterprise-level Generative AI projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for AI solution deployment and monitoring.
