AI Video Producer (Script-to-Screen)

**About the Role**

Bansal Productions is building the world’s first AI-powered Bollywood studio, reimagining epics through technology and creativity. We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative AI Video Producer who can transform written scripts and storyboards into compelling cinematic experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert scripts and storyboards into high-quality cinematic videos.
- Create and refine characters, environments, and visual sequences for storytelling.
- Sync dialogues, narration, and music with visuals for seamless output.
- Collaborate with writers, creative directors, VFX artists, and editors to bring stories to life.
- Experiment with new AI-driven workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in video production, animation, or VFX.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, and visual design principles.
- Ability to integrate script, visuals, sound, and performance into engaging video content.
- Familiarity with AI-driven video generation, editing, and creative pipelines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in film production, animation, or digital storytelling.
- Degree/Diploma in Film, Multimedia, Animation, or Computer Graphics.
- Portfolio of script-to-video projects (short films, ads, or creative AI projects).

Pay: ₹11,509.53 - ₹55,921.61 per month
