We are looking for a highly skilled **Video Editor & AI Video Creator** who can craft compelling visual content using both traditional editing software and cutting-edge AI tools. If you're as comfortable with a creative brief as you are with prompt engineering—and can turn both into scroll-stopping visuals—you’ll feel right at home here.

This role merges the artistry of visual storytelling with the precision of generative AI. You won’t just edit—you’ll _build workflows_, _drive innovation_, and _shape the future of video content creation_.

- Expert in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.**
- Use tools like **Runway, Pika, Sora, Mid journey, DALL-E**, and **Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects**
- Be the bridge between creative strategy and production-scale video storytelling
Help define prompt libraries, generation pipelines, and visual systems for scalable delivery

**Key Responsibilities**

**Traditional Video Editing**
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos with strong narrative flow and brand alignment
- Handle color correction, audio syncing, and final mastering
- Maintain brand and visual consistency across formats and platforms
- Experience working on commercial films, indie videos, or large-scale content pipelines
- Skills in **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, **Audition**, or audio editing tools
- Familiarity with content repurposing for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Passion for experimenting with new tech in creative workflows

**AI-Powered Video Creation**
- Generate AI-based visuals, scenes, and videos for multiple formats (commercial, promo, educational, internal)
- Write efficient prompts for generative platforms to create visual assets
- Seamlessly integrate AI-generated visuals into traditional video workflows
- Build AI video generation pipelines and reusable prompt libraries

**Collaboration & Execution**
- Collaborate with content strategists.
- Translate creative briefs into prompt systems and storyboards
- Communicate clearly on progress, timelines, and roadblocks
- Stay updated on trends in AI video, generative design, and editing best practices

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- **Prompt-to-Output Efficiency**: Speed and accuracy of generating high-quality AI visuals
- **Creative Output Quality**: % of edits approved without major revisions
- **Tool Innovation Rate**: Frequency of testing/adopting new AI tools, plugins, and workflows

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven hands-on experience with generative platforms like **Runway, Pika, Midjourney, DALL-E, or Sora**:

- Strong VFX and motion design skills
- Solid understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and framing
- Experience designing AI video pipelines for scalable output
- Ability to write clean, purposeful prompts that drive strong visual results
- Familiar with scripting, storyboarding, and cross-platform content optimization
- Comfortable managing multiple video projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
