- **Position - Graphic Designer & Video Creator (with AI Tools Expertise)**:

- **Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am IST & Sat - 9pm to 2am IST**:

- **Work Mode - Fully Remote**:

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and produce short
- and long-form videos, explainer animations, and promotional reels.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, D-ID, Synthesia, Canva AI) to speed up content creation, ideation, and personalization.
- Edit raw video and audio footage, add effects, transitions, and subtitles as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design and video trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in both graphic design and video creation/editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., DALL**E, Canva Magic, Runway ML, ChatGPT, etc.).**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
- Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and layout skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to take constructive feedback, and strong time management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and ad creative formats.
- Experience with 3D tools or VFX is a plus.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
