About the role:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and designing. and producing high-quality marketing creatives, graphics, and video content. While your primary focus will be on marketing campaigns, you will also contribute to other design needs such as product visuals, social media assets, and branding initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, creative, and excited to explore how design, AI, and marketing come together in a unique cultural space.

Key Responsibilities

● Design engaging marketing creatives (digital banners, social media assets, campaign visuals, etc.).

● Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and reels for marketing campaigns.

● Collaborate remotely with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.

● Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and platforms.

● Experiment with and leverage AI tools and generative AI platforms to enhance design processes and output.

● Stay updated on design and marketing trends, especially in digital media and cultural branding.

● Contribute creative ideas to campaigns aligned with the client's mission and audience.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).

● Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in visual design, video editing, or related creative fields.

● Strong portfolio (academic, freelance, or professional) demonstrating design and video editing skills.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

● Curiosity and basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools and generative AI applications.

● Interest in marketing and content storytelling.

● Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Passion for design, culture, and devotion-driven creative storytelling.
