  • Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CA/ICWA preferred)
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial advisory.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and lending processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Assist in analysing credit proposals of mid-corporate and SME clients.
  • Review borrower profiles, financial statements, and banking arrangements.
  • Identify the client's funding requirements and structure appropriate financial solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of credit proposal submissions.
  • Prepare detailed financial documents such as: Cash Flow Statements and Projections Cash Budgets CMA Data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement)
  • Information Memorandum and Project Reports understanding.
  • Support in preparing Bank Process Notes and Credit Summaries for internal and external presentations.
  • Assist in understanding sanction terms and credit conditions from lenders.
  • Coordinate for preparation and execution of Sanction Documents.
  • Ensure all pre-sanction and post-sanction documentation is completed within timelines.
  • Maintain systematic records of all credit files and documents.
  • Provide regular updates to the senior credit manager or management on proposal progress.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports on proposal status, disbursements, and client updates.
  • Interact with clients to gather required financial and business information.
  • Explain documentation and process requirements clearly to clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client financial data.
  • Maintain Relationship with clients for smooth execution of transaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
