Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Enterprise Architect. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture across business, technical, application, and solution domains. Day-to-day tasks include aligning the enterprise architecture with business goals, designing and implementing architecture frameworks, integrating solutions, and ensuring technical consistency across projects. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications

  • Solution Architecture skills across all OSI layers
  • Ability to manage a global team of solution architects
  • Experience in TOGAF standards, EA Artefacts, and EA Governance processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Java and Springboot
  • Experience in Event Driven, API First, Microservice and DDD
  • Strong ability to manage complex multi-region hybrid cloud Architecture, preferably GCP
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong Domain knowledge in financial services or auto financing industry
