About the Role

We are seeking a
highly experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
with strong expertise in architecting large-scale enterprise transformations involving
ServiceNow modules
and
Oracle EBS
. This role focuses on helping a major client transition from Oracle EBS (Financials, Supply Chain, HR, CSM) to ServiceNow's modern workflows, automation, integration framework, and enterprise modules.

The architect will lead the
end-to-end solution design
, assess current Oracle EBS architecture, define the future-state ServiceNow architecture, and build a migration roadmap that reduces licensing costs while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Transformation

  • Lead the enterprise architecture assessment of the client's current
    Oracle EBS landscape
    (Financials, SCM, HR, CSM & other modules).
  • Design the
    future-state ServiceNow architecture
    , covering ITSM, Financial Services Operations, HRSD, CSM, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Define the transformation roadmap to replace Oracle EBS modules with relevant ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices for scalability, automation, workflow optimization, governance, and security.

Solution Design

  • Develop high-level and detailed solution designs including data flow diagrams, integrations, process mapping, and configuration guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage
    ServiceNow Automation Engine, Integration Hub, AI/ML
    , and digital workflows to reduce complexity and operational cost.
  • Build reusable architecture components for enterprise scalability.

Integration & Migration

  • Architect seamless integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (Oracle EBS, ERP tools, HRMS, Finance systems, etc.).
  • Assist in designing data migration strategies and help evaluate tools/approaches for migration from EBS to ServiceNow.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Work directly with C-level business owners, program managers, business teams, and technical teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices to ensure successful transformation.
  • Prepare and present architecture documents, blueprint diagrams, decision matrices, and impact assessments.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure the designed architecture aligns with enterprise governance, security standards, compliances, and performance benchmarks.
  • Recommend optimization strategies to reduce licensing, infrastructure, and operational costs.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

  • 15+ years of total experience with at least
    8+ years in ServiceNow
    architecture roles.
  • Deep expertise in
    multiple ServiceNow modules
    :
  • ITSM / HRSD / HR Service Delivery / CSM
  • Financial Services Operations (FSO)
  • Supply Chain / Procurement workflows
  • Platform workflows, automation, AI, Integration Hub
  • Strong hands-on understanding of
    Oracle EBS modules
    (Financials, SCM, HR).
  • Proven experience in
    ServiceNow Oracle system integrations
    .
  • Experience designing
    enterprise transformation programs
    replacing legacy systems with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, workflow automation, RPA, and API-based integrations.
