Role & responsibilities

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage hiring processes from identifying requirements to sourcing, assessing, and finalizing candidates for various roles across departments.
  2. Manpower Planning: Collaborate with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and plan effective recruitment actions.
  3. Talent Branding: Promote our organization as an employer of choice through creative campaigns, employee stories, and engaging online presence.
  4. Data & Reporting: Keep recruitment data updated and generate useful insights using HR systems or ATS tools.
  5. Agency Coordination: Work closely with external hiring partners and consultants to support niche or high-volume hiring.
  6. Market Research: Monitor hiring trends, pay scales, and best practices to stay competitive and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
  3. Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.) and applicant tracking systems
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  5. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines
  6. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
