Job Role

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing workforce by identifying candidates who align with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates using multiple channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn hiring.
  • Create and manage engaging job postings across job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary candidate insights.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers / placement officers to understand specific role requirements and design customized hiring strategies.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter in BPO industry.
  • Highly active on LinkedIn, with expertise in leveraging the platform for sourcing and engaging candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and modern hiring tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in conducting campus interviews and walk in recruitment drives will be an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously is a must have skill.
  • Should have a proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Experience of hiring for diverse roles & position
  • Expertise in creating job descriptions and engaging content for talent acquisition.
