Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Delhi, NY. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet talent needs. The role also includes building and maintaining a strong employer brand, nurturing relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates across various levels
  • Skills in Employer Branding and candidate engagement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not require
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring for hospitality roles.
  • Strong network and contacts with hotel management institutions and training centers.
  • Must possess a good database of hospitality candidates across departments.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
