Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of recruiters, manage end-to-end hiring (domestic & international), and collaborate closely with department heads to fulfill the company's manpower needs efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets.

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for both domestic and international roles.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce accordingly.

Build strong pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain employer branding.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Oversee HR operations related to new joiners (documentation, induction, etc.).


Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition (preferably managing a team).

Proven experience in hiring for both domestic and international markets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and social media hiring platforms.
