About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Content Writer
to join our growing
Quantique Minds
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
technology content creation
, with the ability to transform complex IT concepts into engaging, clear, and impactful content for diverse audiences.

As a Senior Content Writer, you will play a key role in
developing content strategies, writing thought leadership articles, and producing marketing assets
that strengthen our brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, websites, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and product collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content aligned with business objectives.
  • Simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop content for campaigns including email, social media, and paid ads.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to maintain content relevance.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices.
  • Mentor junior writers and review their work to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Track content performance (CTR, engagement, lead conversion) and optimize accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in an IT/SaaS Firm
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
