Shift:Split Shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (aligns with US business hours)
Role Overview:
As the Senior Strategic Content Writer, you wont just writeyoull lead the narrative. You'll partner closely with growth teams, marketing, product leaders, and directly with the CEO's office to craft content that changes perceptions, sparks client interest, and aligns to the business' most important goals.
You'll own our external voice across executive comms, thought leadership, web, press, and digital storytelling. And internally, you'll help connect culture to messaging—aligning teams, celebrating impact, and making complex ideas actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Content Creation & Editorial Leadership:
- Create bold, high-impact content for external communication, including emails, video scripts, microsites, press releases, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and more.
- Translate complex tech + services concepts into messaging that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Craft content for every stage of the marketing funnel, from first touch to boardroom-ready.
Executive Comms & Thought Leadership:
- Partner with the CEO's office and executive leaders to craft thought leadership that builds influence, shapes conversations, and reflects our brand ambition.
- Ghostwrite op-eds, speeches, internal communications, and social posts that are smart, sharp, and deeply human.
Content Strategy, Optimization & AI Visibility:
- Shape the company's content strategy across channels—aligned to revenue goals, brand moments, and product/services focus.
- Drive content discoverability through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI answer engine awareness (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
- Monitor engagement metrics, continuously test, learn, and iterate based on performance data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, growth, product, sales, and customer success teams to embed content into campaigns, pitches, and demand-generation programs.
- Translate business goals and buyer needs into messaging frameworks that scale across touchpoints and geographies.
Content Ops & Editorial Governance
- Lead the creation of editorial calendars, messaging toolkits, tone-of-voice guidelines, and governance processes.
- Mentor and guide junior writers, external freelancers, or agency partners—building a culture of editorial excellence.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of writing experience in the tech + services space (IT, digital engineering, enterprise software, consulting, etc.)
- Proven ability to write across formats and audiences—from technical whitepapers to short-form video scripts, from mailers to C-suite LinkedIn posts.
- Demonstrated expertise working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of trends in AI, cloud, product engineering, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation.
- Fluency in shaping content for SEO, GEO, and AI engine discoverability.
- A bold, fresh, edgy voice—you write content that doesn't play it safe.
- Deep knowledge of content strategy and its role in driving revenue, influence, and client engagement.
- Comfort working in high-speed, high-ambiguity environments. You don't just keep up—you lead the pack.
- Sharp editorial instincts, attention to detail, and clean, clear writing that feels human.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B tech journalism, consulting, or editorial leadership roles.
- Experience working with global brands across geographies.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Semrush, and HubSpot.
