As a Senior Technical Content Writer, you'll help us communicate our expertise and innovations through engaging content.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Technical content writer, who will be responsible for creating content that will develop the company's digital presence and shape its brand image. You will be the voice behind our technical content, crafting compelling narratives that drive our brand forward and establish us as a thought leader in Leading technologies and cyber security without Target customer segment. Your work will not just inform but inspire and engage our audience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate content strategies to build a brand image that increase website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
  • Craft clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for various audiences.
  • Closely work with the product development, Engineering, and sales team to create product related documentation, knowledge base articles and to develop new content ideas.
  • Research and write compelling content for blog, email, social media, website, eBook, etc.
  • Leverage your SEO and content skills to ensure our digital content ranks highly and establishes our industry leadership.
  • Create, modify and publish various technical configuration and implementation documents to support the end users.
  • Write content on industry topics such Technology trends, IT services, Container solutions, etc.
  • Drive content strategy by identifying emerging customer needs and suggesting preemptive content creation
  • Proof-read and ensure content consistency, check for plagiarism & AI content detection.
  • Monitor performance of content strategies using analytic tools, act accordingly.
  • Provide guidance to junior writers and ensure content consistency with our brand voice.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical content writing, particularly in IT Services.
  • Track record of creating content strategies that have driven significant results, including increases in website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
  • Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing. Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and accurate content.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, tools and techniques.
  • Experience mentoring and training teams, managing content projects, and collaborating across departments.
  • Must be research-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Excellent command over English with an ability to create unique content.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
