We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Content Writer to join our Emerging Tech team.

Job Title: Technical Content Writer
About the Role:
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative communicator who thrives at the intersection of technology and user experience. As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and visually supported documentation that helps users understand and interact with complex products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and maintains written and visual product-related information (e.g., user/configuration/troubleshooting guides), including online content (interactive demos, help systems) integrated into multiple products, for a variety of audiences.
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with software engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write user friendly guides, release announcements, and process documentation.
- Create visuals, diagrams, and multimedia content to support technical documentation.
- Develops standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel and adhering to company branding policies.
- Work with engineering teams to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Experience in working with engineers across multiple time zones to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical/user support content.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills through English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, accountable and have a sense of ownership.
- Proficiency with Madcap Flare, DITA, HTML, Photoshop, Confluence.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only
Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
