We are looking for an experienced Technical & Niche Content Writer to lead the creation of high-quality written content primarily for DIGIMAX, our marketing agency, and secondly for Infilesis, our one-on-one career coaching business.

This role is not for generic blog writers or mass AI copy generators. We need someone who can deeply understand industry audiences, identify real pain points, and translate business objectives into clear, persuasive content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media.

You may use AI as a support tool, but thinking, structuring, positioning, and audience understanding must come from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Landing Page Content

  • Write high-conversion website content for:

  • Marketing agency services (DIGIMAX)

  • Client websites in:

  • Real Estate

  • Mortgage
  • Construction

  • Professional services

  • Craft clear service pages, homepages, sales pages, and landing pages.

  • Translate technical marketing services into simple, benefit-driven language.

2. Technical & Industry Blog Writing

  • Research and write:

  • Marketing strategy content

  • Industry-specific articles for real estate, mortgage, and construction

  • Career growth, job search, and coaching content for Infilesis

  • Ensure accuracy, structure, and strong SEO foundation.

  • Turn complex ideas into easy-to-understand educational content.

3. Social Media Content Creation

  • Write platform-specific content for:

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • Website blog distribution

  • Develop:

  • Informative carousel content

  • Educational posts
  • Authority-building content

  • Client-focused messaging

  • Maintain consistency with each brands tone and positioning.

4. Audience & Pain Point Research

  • Deeply understand:

  • Buyers, sellers, realtors, brokers, and contractors (DIGIMAX clients)

  • Job seekers, newcomers, and career transition clients (Infilysis)

  • Identify:

  • Key objections

  • Emotional triggers

  • Buying and decision-making behavior

  • Use insights to guide content strategy.

5. Editing, Optimization & Brand Voice

  • Maintain:

  • Clear structure

  • Professional tone

  • Conversion-focused messaging

  • Optimize content for:

  • Readability

  • SEO

  • User intent

  • Ensure brand consistency across all assets.

Core Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional content writing experience (agency or industry background preferred)

  • Strong experience writing for:

  • Marketing agencies

  • Real estate, mortgage, or construction industries

  • OR B2B services with technical elements

  • Proven ability to write:

  • Website copy

  • Service pages
  • Long-form blogs
  • Educational social media content

Audience & Strategy Understanding

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Buyer psychology

  • Funnel-driven content

  • Lead-generation content

  • Ability to:

  • Match content to user intent

  • Write for both awareness and conversion stages

AI Usage Philosophy

  • Comfortable using AI tools as assistance only

  • Must demonstrate:

  • Manual structuring and rewriting

Research & Technical Writing Ability
