Position: Business Development Directors and Associates

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences/Graduation with preferable 5 years of liaison experience of projects for community development livelihood and water and sanitation programs. Good writing & Communication skills with command over English and Hindi Language. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, AI etc.

Roles and Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Create a strong database of new funding sources aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, foundations, government bodies, and international agencies to increase further business prospects and growth avenues.
  • Research and identify new donors, CSR partners, government schemes, and grant opportunities.

2. Proposal Development & Fundraising

  • Engage with government departments for MoUs, approvals, and policy advocacy.
  • Experience with government portals like GeM, NGO DARPAN, etc.
  • Excellent proposal writing and donor engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of social issues (education, health, livelihoods, etc.).

3. Partnerships & Alliances

·       Attend industry forums, CSR summits, and donor meets to represent the organization.

·       Develop partnerships for joint ventures or collaborative projects in the social sector.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (program, implementation, finance, M&E) for technical inputs in proposals.
  • Ensure projects are designed to meet donor expectations, scalability, social impact as well as profitability.
