Administrative Assistant cum Content Creator
About the Role:
We are looking ready learn individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant cum Content Creator. This role blends organizational excellence with creative storytelling — perfect for someone who enjoys managing day-to-day operations while also producing engaging digital content that drives brand visibility and communication.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle emails, scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for operational needs.
- Assist in basic HR, procurement, and logistics coordination.
Content Creation & Marketing
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Blog, etc.).
- Write and edit articles, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visuals, reels, or infographics.
- Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices for digital content.
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy.
- Assist in brand communication and online reputation management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any qualification
- 0–1 years of experience in an administrative or content creation role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic tools like Canva, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Basic working knowledge of computers
