Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist & Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, and packages.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Support HR and Admin departments with day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, data entries, and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
