**Job Description: Executive Assistant to Director**
**Key Responsibilities**:
A) **Administrative Tasks**:
1. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
B) **Communication**:
3. Foster clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
C) **Support Services**:
1. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
2. Follow up with internal departments.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounts management or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, accounting tools).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
