**Job Summary**: As an Insurance Officer, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans and managing a portfolio of clients. Your role involves understanding clients' insurance needs, providing suitable policy options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

**Key Responsibilities**: - Identify and develop new business opportunities by contacting potential customers.
- Explain various insurance policies and assist clients in selecting suitable coverage.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

**Required Skills**: - Average communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

**Qualifications**: - Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
