Job Summary:
Helpmate BPO is hiring Back Office Executives for the HDFC ERGO non-voice process. This is a purely backend role involving documentation, data entry, and policy processing. The position is based at our Thane (Majiwada) location and operates in a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle non-voice backend operations such as data entry, documentation, and policy updates.
- Ensure high accuracy and adherence to process quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
- Comply with company and client SOPs and guidelines.

**Required Skills**:

- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work in a process-driven, target-based environment.
- Good written communication for internal coordination.

Qualifications:

- Minimum: 12th Pass

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in back office operations is mandatory.

Salary Details:

- CTC: ₹17,870 per month
- Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month

Shift Timings:

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Shift Options:

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
