Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify insurance-related documents for HDFC ERGO accurately
- Enter data and maintain updated client records in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with HDFC ERGO’s operational guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of queries
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Generate daily reports and complete assigned tasks on time



**Required Skills**:

- Fast and accurate typing
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes is preferred



Qualifications:

- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Preferred: Graduate in any stream



**Experience**:

- Minimum six months of experience in a back-office, BPO, or insurance process
- Experience with HDFC ERGO or a similar client is an advantage
