- Manage the managers calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, memos) and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline communication.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and project timelines for the manager.
Travel-Related Responsibilities
- Arrange flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and visas (if applicable).
- Accompany the manager on business trips, ensuring smooth logistics and transitions.
- Provide on-site assistance during meetings, conferences, and client visits.
- Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and budget management related to travel.
- Act as a point of contact for local staff, clients, or vendors when traveling.
