Role Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to provide secretarial and administrative support to management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient coordination, and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management.
- Draft and manage letters, emails, reports, and official documents.
- Maintain vendor contracts, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate meetings, office supplies, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and payroll functions as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
