Role Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to provide secretarial and administrative support to management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient coordination, and effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management.
  • Draft and manage letters, emails, reports, and official documents.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, invoices, and payment records.
  • Coordinate meetings, office supplies, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR and payroll functions as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
