Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Request for Proposal (RFP) Specialist. The RFP Specialist will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting detailed RFP responses. Daily tasks include collecting and organizing necessary information, identifying and coordinating with subject matter experts, ensuring compliance with proposals, and maintaining updated records of RFP submissions. The RFP Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to gather required content and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and managing RFP responses
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the electric vehicle or related industry is a plus
