Web Proposal Specialist

This position involves responding to complex Requests for Proposal (RFP) from government organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and understanding of business process management, as well as excellent writing skills.

The successful applicant will gather information from existing RFPs, documentation, and technical experts within the company, write a draft response, obtain approvals, and finally submit the proposal and supporting documents to the requester.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and clarify objectives within RFPs, gathering information from various sources as necessary.
  2. Produce high-quality responses to RFPs, adhering to proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
  3. Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester on time.
  4. Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received, gathering feedback to improve future content and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical background and understanding of business process management.
  • Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs from large firms and government organizations.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
