Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end bid management process, including crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs in coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Bid Management: The successful candidate will coordinate and track bid activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, MoM preparation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: They will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management, excellent communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
