Job Title: HR Officer
Job Summary:
The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resource functions of a dynamic PMC organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and performance management across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing HR operations in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for project and corporate roles
- Liaise with project managers to forecast manpower needs
- Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires across project sites
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure documentation compliance
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and PMC-specific regulations
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions
- Track KPIs and training needs for project-based teams
- Policy Implementation
- Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with project goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or PMC sectors
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple project teams
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred:
- Experience working with project-based or site-based teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
