HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, etc.).
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting setups.
- Maintain petty cash and oversee administrative expenses.
- Organize office events, celebrations, and employee activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of HR software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
