We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Office Coordinator** to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Keep physical and digital filing systems organized and up to date.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and expense reports.
- Support onboarding of new employees and maintain confidential HR documents.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Ensure the office is clean, well-organized, and running efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
