AIVVAA Infotech is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial CMO/Partner/Business Head who will lead sales and drive growth across India.
This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who understands B2B2C and wants to build a business including
company's overall marketing strategy, which includes developing and executing marketing plans to drive revenue and brand awareness in AI and Computer vision related technologies.
Ø What You'll Lead
- Growth Strategy: Design and execute marketing plans across online and offline platforms to drive consistent lead flow.
- Funnel Optimization: Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, checkout flows, and sales pages for conversions and quality leads.
- AI-Powered Execution: Use AI tools like ChatGPT, SEO, Social Media, Other Media Channels, etc. to scale campaigns and automate customer aquisitions.
- Performance Marketing: Build and manage ad campaigns with ruthless A/B testing, ROAS tracking, and full-funnel reporting.
- Customer Nurturing: Implement email/WhatsApp automation sequences that prime leads to buy with trust and timing.
- Launches & Promotions: Strategize and execute live workshops, launch campaigns, and evergreen funnels.
- Creative Authority: Write thumb-stopping ad copy and content that turns cold leads into raving fans and buyers.
Ø Who You Are
- You've already run campaigns and built channels that worked — not just certified but battle-tested.
- You've got plenty of experience in growth marketing (especially in B2B Software).
- You understand AI and Computer Vision and Analytics— or are eager to learn fast.
- You don't just "run campaigns" — you think strategically, act creatively, and execute relentlessly.
- You've played with and deployed AI tools to save time and increase performance.
- You thrive on freedom, ownership, and impact — not monthly salaries.
Ø Compensation
This is not a salaried role. You will:
Start with a performance-based revenue share model — up to 30% of revenue from marketing-driven results
Have the chance to evolve into a formal co-founder/Director with equity based on contribution and long-term vision alignment
Be a partner in profit, not just a service provider
