Deputy General Manager Sales

Experience, Qualities & Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • 10–15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in apartment sales
  • Proven track record of handling a team size of 10+ members
  • Experience in managing at least one high-rise project from launch to handover
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire sales function for assigned projects
  • Take ownership of customer experience and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
  • Ensure seamless coordination among team members to optimize performance and productivity
  • Drive and motivate the team to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved consistently
  • Maintain and monitor MIS of leads and walk-ins assigned to the team, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
  • Provide feedback on customer experience and escalate concerns to higher management as needed
  • Regularly review sales targets vs. achievements and implement action plans to bridge gaps
  • Guide the team in managing site visits, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and maintain high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions
