Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Real estate Sales to lead and scale our residential and Holiday villas sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team management, and client engagement with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.

Qualifications

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across geographies.
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure timely project launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep sales strategies competitive.
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in residential/Villa projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and HNI clientele.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
