Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and adhering to sales targets. The role includes mentoring and managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and collaborating with the corporate office to implement promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management, customer service, and inventory control
- Skills in leadership, mentorship, and team management
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
