Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Hyderabad. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. The Deputy Manager will also assist senior management in policy formulation, budget planning, and project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing team performance and operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
