We are looking for a motivated and curious
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our early team. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from Ripplica's AI-driven workflow automation and communication tools.
You will collaborate closely with the founders and sales team to generate leads, craft personalized outreach using Ripplica's own AI tools, and help shape our go-to-market playbook.
What you'll do:
- Research and identify high-potential leads in AI, SaaS, operations, and tech
- Connect with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Qualify prospects, understand their challenges, and schedule product demos
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly activity metrics
- Continuously learn about AI automation, outbound strategies, and startup growth
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Excited about how AI can transform sales and operations
- Curious, persistent, and eager to learn fast
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
- Organized and data-oriented
- Prior exposure to SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Apollo is preferred
