Position Name: Engineer - Sales (Cooling)

Role: Sales

Business Unit: HMX

Location: Hyderabad

No. of positions: 1

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should have about 3+ years of experience in front line sales of evaporative cooling equipment/Air-washers/ 2-stage/AHU, project sales or sales of HVAC projects/ products.
  • Experience in interacting with Consulting Engineers / Architects in HVAC field.
  • Basic knowledge of design and operation of air-conditioning systems, evaporative cooling and ventilation. Including low side duct design, selection of accessories etc.
  • Understanding of Psychrometry science and related terms.
  • Handle proposal making, submissions, negotiation and conversion into firm orders.
  • Should be able to work independently, prepare quote based on the tender BOQ.
  • Good relationship, networking with leading HVAC consulting engineers/architects in assigned territory, rapport with end users, preferably with industrial customers such as Engineering, Automobile industries, building / hospitality industry, pharma sector, educational institutions etc..
  • Should be able to understand the customer requirements.
  • Identify influencers and decision makers for converting enquiries into firm orders
  • Should have knowledge of building heat load calculations, design basis report, duct routing and SLD, should be able to read layout drawing on AutoCAD
