Role Description

As a full-time Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for Globiva. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and communicating effectively with potential clients to build strong relationships. This is an on-site position based out of Gurugram, where you will collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development or a sales-oriented role is a plus
  • Knowledge of the BPM industry is advantageous
