Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

* Coordinate with project managers and supervisors for material requirements.

* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with multiple vendors for best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

* Ensure purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries are accurate and timely.

Inventory & Stock Management

* Maintain optimal stock levels for materials and appliances across branches and production plant.

* Track inward/outward movement of goods and update live inventory.

* Prepare and present monthly stock reports and half-yearly stock analysis.

Sales & Reporting

* Manage and promote sales of appliances in coordination with the sales team.

* Prepare monthly sales reports for appliances and consumables.

* Ensure accuracy in reporting using Excel and internal systems.

Timelines & Compliance

* Follow up rigorously with vendors and internal teams to meet project deadlines.

* Maintain records with high accuracy and attention to detail.

* Support internal audits and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

* Languages (Mandatory):English and Local language is preferable

* Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, stock tracking, analysis).

* Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
