Sales & Service Manager
to lead our growth and customer experience in Bangalore. If you're passionate about sales, operations, and building high-performing teams — this role is for you
What You'll Do
Drive sales targets through retail stores, distributors & channel partners
Lead and manage service operations — installations, demos & customer support
Train and mentor sales & service teams
Improve market presence and ensure customer delight
Travel for store audits, field visits & service reviews
Who We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in sales/service — preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances
Experience in companies like Eureka Forbes, Dyson, Kent, etc. is a big plus
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Field-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and manage teams
