Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and passionate fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in real estate sales. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property visits and site tours with clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper CRM updates.
- Stay updated with current market trends and property offerings.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates (any discipline) are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, customer interaction, and real estate.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (with weekly off).
Compensation
- Travelling Allowance: Provided as per company policy.
