Junior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role offers opportunities to work with global clients and build a rewarding career in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through online platforms and research
- Reach out to international clients via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory – written & verbal)
- Good understanding of IT services and sales cycle
- Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in BDE/IT Sales role
