PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To be a part of central account team of Agency and facilitate channel growth in form of analytics, strategic planning in line with company's mission and vision. Undertake, coordinate and implement company's strategic planning activities and corporate development initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Analysis:

1. Track, analyze, and interpret key sales and distribution metrics, identifying trends and insights to support leadership decision-making.

2. Continuously evaluate sales performance against targets, leveraging deep-dive analytics to diagnose gaps and recommend corrective actions.

3. Utilize data visualization, root cause analysis, and predictive modelling to refine business processes and drive continuous improvement.

4. Develop forecasts, business cases, and analytical models to support distribution & sales strategy.

5. Prepare Management reports and review dockets to strengthen channel governance rhythm.

Project Management & Sales Support:

1. Ensure seamless execution of central sales initiatives by tracking impact, identifying bottlenecks, and course-correcting in real-time.

2. Lead high-impact channel projects, leveraging KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor success and adoption.

3. Manage and drive new initiatives, ensuring on-ground execution teams are equipped with data-driven insights and strategic direction.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel along with good presentation skill
  • Good Communication Skills are an essential to liaison with various dept. and our Field Team
  • Interpersonal skills & proficiency in data management
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystems
  • Qualification: MBA preferred
  • Life insurance experience is mandatory
