SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY

• Help business predict future trends and outcomes and driving analytical engagement with specific businesses like Retail Assets/ Cards /Liabilities /MSME /Digital/Finance
• Leverage analytics to drive data insights for portfolio analytics/customer value management/campaign designing/scorecard building mix for Retail Assets, CASA portfolio, MSME, Business Banking, Credit Cards etc of the bank

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities

• Consult and provide solutions to business units by leveraging data driven insights
• Define and establish performance monitoring framework and enable portfolio performance reviews with all stakeholders like business/credit/risk and collections

Core Responsibilities

• Design and build data engineering jobs end to end OR
• Design and build enterprise dashboards from multiple data sources with large scale user group
• Responsible for the end-to-end deliveries with strong focus on data governance
• Monitor and drive data quality standards and performance tuning of the tools
• Anchor and get deliveries done through technology stakeholders in an agile framework
• Project management of respective projects
• Responsible for the end-to-end deliveries across data support, campaigns, dashboards & analytical models for the businesses serviced
• Stakeholder relationship management & control aspects of analytical project delivery

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of the various financial service business models, expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and how to apply the techniques to drive substantial business result

Minimum Qualifications

• Tier I/II MBA grads , Master in Statistics, Full time Applied Analytic course

(Finance /Marketing/ Quantitative Methods)

• Analytical model development
• Logistic/Linear Regression, Clustering, D-tree, Feature Selection, PCA

Professional Certifications

• SQL/SAS/Open Source/Impala/R/Python/Tableau/Excel/Hadoop

Language Skills

• English

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

• Candidate is required to have minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in analytical work
