HR Intern (with Digital Marketing Exposure
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 3–6 months
Stipend: Unpaid Internship
Opportunity: PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance after 6 months
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
who can bring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to talent engagement, while also supporting digital marketing and employer branding initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions
and
contribute to high-impact digital content.
What You'll Be Doing:
HR Responsibilities
- Draft professional emails, updates, and internal communications
- Handle candidate and stakeholder conversations with clarity and discretion
- Proactively follow up with candidates, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely closure of hiring activities, update trackers and internal documents
- Assist with interview scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Support employer branding efforts through content creation on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build attractive PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Coordinate across departments with strong attention to detail and time management
- Negotiate and align with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Basic support for HR operations involving Oracle modules (preferred)
Digital Marketing Exposure
- Assist in drafting and executing LinkedIn content for talent attraction and branding
- Support in managing social media campaigns related to hiring or company culture
- Create engaging visuals and posts that enhance employer visibility
- Help analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and social media trends
- Basic understanding of Oracle HR modules is a plus
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and content creation
- Interest or prior exposure to digital marketing concepts/tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
